What were your goals for the past month?
1. collaborate with NAU to establish budget for IACURH 2009
2. communicate with LASI Chair and invoice for last year’s LASI inductees
3. effectively transition and complete all duties as assigned to AD-BA in guidelines and policy
Did you accomplish all of these goals? If not, why not? Talk about any academic and personal commitments that impeded on your success with IACURH.
I did not complete every goal listed above. I did meet with Kris Lyons via phone and email throughout the month and with various national executives regarding the budget in order to continue to establish the IACURH 2009 budget and make improvements in hopes of serving the most IACURH delegates possible.
Andrew and I decided it would be best to wait until the beginning of September to invoice IACURH schools for last year’s inductee fees. We formulated a plan and Andrew sent out an email via the IACURH listserv in order to communicate with IACURH when they could expect to receive invoices. This will be revisited and completed Sept. 1, 2009.
I have been unable to complete any recon reports with NACURH since I took office. I have had numerous conversations with the NACURH Advisor and NAF regarding these issues and they are completely up-to-date on the progress. I am currently getting in contact with the NACURH accountant in order to receive an update on IACURH’s current financial status and will re-install all financial documents and complete the appropriate reports as soon as I am able.
What have you done really well?
I have maintained and persevered through circumstances that are difficult in order to fulfill my duties to the best of my ability and communicated well with my coworkers.
Things to accomplish for next month:
I. Finalize NAU’s IACURH Budget by August 14, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. MST
II. Acquire IACURH’s financial information and reinstall on AD-BA laptop
III. Update IACURH budget to be current and accurate

What were your goals for the past month?
1. To get everything organized on my laptop so I would be able to find anything and everything regarding LAS-I information.

3. To become more familiar to the LAS-I position and all that entails.
Did you accomplish all of these goals? If not, why not? Talk about any academic and personal commitments that impeded on your success with IACURH.
In the end I was able to accomplish all of my goals.
What have you done really well?
The thing I have done really well in my opinion has to be the fact I organized my entire laptop so I have everything I might need. (It worked out I had two 8 hour plane rides to do it) I have also been able to stay in contact with all the executive members.
Things to accomplish for next month:
My biggest goal for next month is to complete the LAS-I Crash Course packet for everyone in IACURH. It outlines my goals as your LAS-I Chair and also has a history of the LAS-I position. It will be a good guide for anyone that is new to IACURH or just would like more information on the LAS-I position and group.
My other goal for August is to get in contact with people in LAS-I to get them caught up to speed of everything that is going on in the region. I would like to get them in the know about NACURH 2009 at University of Arizona and also have a small preview of IACURH 2009 at Northern Arizona.

Month: July
Year: 2009
Position: Programming Chair
What were your goals for the past month?
1. Set up Banana Points System
2. Communicate banana points to other execs
3. Send out case study
Did you accomplish all of these goals? If not, why not? Talk about any academic and personal commitments that impeded on your success with IACURH.
I did set up and communicate the banana points system, and am expecting the first points to roll in any day! However, I did not send out the case study. I did not have all the materials with me where I was living in the summer and was nervous about them being lost in the mail, and also figured it might be a little silly with so few NCCs and schools in RHA-mode. That being said, the first case study will be sent out in a few weeks!
What have you done really well?
I think communication has been going really well, especially since it *has* been the summer. I think expectations of banana points have been very clear and I was able to get back to those with questions quickly.
Things to accomplish for next month:
· Create an outline for quality programming award
· Send out case study
· Check in with IACURH 2009 Programming Chair and see if she needs assistance
· Create powerpoints and information sheets about quality case studies and banana points

Month: June/July
Year: 2009
Position: RCC-PR
What were your goals for the past two months?
1. Continue finding contact information from IACURH Presidents
2. Work with Shanna on ideas for the fall
3. Get organized
Did you accomplish all of these goals? If not, why not? Talk about any academic and personal commitments that impeded on your success with IACURH.
For the most part I completed what I planned on. Contacting the Presidents is always a challenge, especially in the summer, but Shanna and I are working to share information so that we both can get what we need. The only thing which really stopped me from doing more was preparing for RHA on my own campus, which had to be completed by August 1, 2009. I’ve done more in terms of self preparation than with the entire region.
What have you done really well?
I think I’ve done well at using my resources thus far and taking what ideas I started with a year ago and expanding on them so that they will all be accomplished this year.
Things to accomplish for next month:
- Finalize list of contacts
- Send out first email, with plan for chat and monthly
- Begin planning for president stuff for IACURH

What were your goals for the past month?
1. Have the changes for new execs posted on website
2. Get transition info from Jamie
3. Have ideas for first edition of the Milestone
Did you accomplish all of these goals? If not, why not? Talk about any academic and personal commitments that impeded on your success with IACURH.
As far as the first goal goes no; however, I recently received an e-mail from Ben Blaker stating his free time for the upcoming month, so progress ha been made in developing a program that works for Macs. Jamie has now sent the zip drive to me via mail and I will be receiving it sometime early this week. I have ideas for the Milestone, such as having a small column full of short little updates from various schools in the region talking about how they’ve found new ways/programs of being green and promoting it. I also want to add in segments in the same column on how schools are saving money and using it to its fullest.
What have you done really well?
I feel I have come up with some great ideas for the Milestone. I have also been very on top of cleaning out/managing the IACURH Google Groups.
Challenges, concerns or questions?
A huge challenge/concern is making this program for the website and working with Ben. Otherwise I’m content with what’s going on.
Things to accomplish for next month:
For the month I want to make sure everyone is up to date with how to use Google Groups and do their needed changes to the website. In addition to this I will have the program made to get our personal info changed and pictures added.
